Amend My Order
How do I change the delivery address for my order?
There are two ways you can change your delivery address.
1. Contact Customer Service
Get in touch with our Customer Service and we’ll get your delivery address updated with our courier.
2. Cancel your order and place a new one
When placing the new order, make sure to indicate your new delivery address. Please follow these steps to cancel your order:
o Hover on the account icon at the top of the page, click Go to Your Account.
o Navigate to Your Online Orders & Returns.
o Find your order on the list and click View Order and then Cancel Order.
o Select the item(s) you wish to cancel and click Confirm.
Please note: If the Cancel Order option is not available, this means we‘ve already started preparing your order for shipment. If your order is at this stage, you’ll need to contact Customer Service to get your delivery address changed.
If you’d like to change the delivery address for all future orders, you can do so by visiting your website account, selecting Delivery Address under Payment & Delivery then Add Address.
Can I change the size/colour or add/delete an item I’ve ordered?
Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order, you’ll no longer be able to change the size or colour of an item in your order. Instead, please cancel your order as soon as possible and place a new one for the items you’d like. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
o Hover on the account icon at the top of the page, click Go to Your Account.
o Navigate to Your Online Orders & Returns.
o Find your order on the list and click View Order and then Cancel Order.
o Select the item(s) you wish to cancel and click Confirm.
If the Cancel Order option is unavailable, we’ve already started to prepare your order for shipment and you’ll have to contact Customer Service to request order cancellation.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only up until the order status is still Being Processed. Check your order status by clicking on Your Online Order & Returns in your website account.
Registered customers
If you placed your order through your registered account, you can cancel your order by following these steps:
o Hover on the account icon at the top of the page, click Go to Your Account.
o Navigate to Your Online Orders & Returns.
o Find your order on the list and click View Order and then Cancel Order.
o Select the item(s) you wish to cancel and click Confirm.
Once done, you’ll receive an item/order cancellation by email. Please note: If the Cancel Order option is unavailable, we’ve already started to prepare your order for shipment and you’ll have to contact Customer Service to request order cancellation.
Guest orders
If you placed your order as a guest, it will not be possible to cancel your order online. Instead, please contact our Customer Service who will be able to cancel your order but only if your order is still being processed. If your order has been shipped, you’ll have to reject the delivery and opt for a refund.
Can I change my delivery type after I’ve placed my order?
You can change your delivery type by contacting Customer Service directly. Please note that tracked delivery orders paid through cash on delivery (COD) cannot be changed to Click & Collect. If you’d like to change your current COD order to a Click & Collect order, please cancel the current order and place a new one, selecting Click & Collect and payment via debit/credit card or Blue.
