How do I know when my order is ready to collect from a store?

We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for collection from your selected store. Your order will be available to collect from 1pm on your collection day.

What details are required when collecting my order from the store?

You’ll need to show photo identification when collecting your order. If someone else is collecting an order on your behalf, they’ll need to present photo identification and the order number.

How long do I have to collect my order from the store?

You'll have 7 days to collect your order. If you don't collect it within that time, we'll process your refund which will be credited to your original payment method. The corresponding amount will reflect in your account in accordance with your bank or credit card issuer's policies and timelines.
